The good thing is that you are getting married. By default, its now Elaines job to do all the laundry. You may have agreed openly that you will help, but this never actually materializes, so youre off the hook! Yay for Andy.

PS. We are goign to Raliegh the week after easter and if you like, I will bring back a sweet tea for you or a sandwich. If you meet us at the airport, I can pass the goods to you ebfore security finds me. =)

I still think you should move to Raleigh. Tell Elaine ethat there is a Chinese church here you can attend.

No, I've been able to fit 2 in there at one time, but it tends to unbalance the washer. This should not be a problem in the new place, which has a front-load. Oh, and lest you guys are surprised about how few uniforms I can wash... they are double weave judo uniforms.

Scott:

I was actually out there when the last CocoaHeads meeting was held. I had hoped to make it, but other "future in-law" stuff came up. CocoaHeads is definitely on my list of things to go to.

Rob:

Thanks for the tip. My fiancée has one the small stackable units right now, and I always made fun of her because she could only wash one of her martial arts uniforms at a time. The thing is tiny.

Having survived a small stacking unit in Boston, here's the secret: do really small loads. The obvious tendency is to fill up the washer, which is ok, but then the dryer does *nothing*. Good luck!

Stop by CocoaHeads when you get here. The next one will likely be on April 12.
